1. ORDERS
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products on revokado.com, select the items you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Provide your shipping and billing details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can only be modified or cancelled before processing begins. Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
A: Yes. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and summary.
2. SHIPPING
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failed delivery may incur reshipping fees.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-Day Refund & Return Policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories and packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
Q: How do I return an item?

Q: Are there items that cannot be returned?

Q: When will I get a response to my email?

6. ACCOUNT & WEBSITE
Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping information, and access order history.
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: On the login page, click “Forgot password?” and follow the instructions to reset your password.
7. MISCELLANEOUS
Q: Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
A: Yes. You can specify a different shipping address during checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
